We deliver across India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes.

Delivery Timeframe

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Custom Orders

Custom canvas prints featuring your personal photos may require an additional 2–3 business days for production before dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged at ₹80 per order. Orders above ₹999 qualify for Free Shipping.

Personal Delivery

In select locations, our founder personally delivers orders to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. This option will appear at checkout where available.

Packaging

Every artwork is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

• Rolled Canvases are shipped in heavy-duty protective tubes.
• Framed Canvases are bubble-wrapped and securely boxed.

Returns & Replacements

We take pride in delivering premium-quality artwork. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We'll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours. We'll ship the correct item at no additional cost.

As every artwork is printed on demand, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Before placing your order, we recommend:

• Checking the product dimensions carefully.
• Reading the product description.
• Contacting us if you have any questions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

• A replacement cannot be arranged.
• Your order is lost in transit.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
